"It has been done since mid-April, and now has reached 75 percent. It's targeted to be finished after Eid ul-Fitr," expressed Firmansyah, Section Head of Maintenance for South Jakarta Water Resource Sub-dept., Wednesday (5/17).
The channel itself has 3-6 meters width. It is dredged up to 1-2 meters depth. "We deploy an excavator to optimize it," he told.
